Returns & Exchanges

To Begin Return or Exchange  

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we can help you there (please see details below). Step to give us a head’s up by: 

Step 1: Going to your customer portal and login

Step 2: Create a ticket and notify us of the return/exchange with the order number.

Step 3: A customer service representative will approve and give any further instructions.

Details on Return/Exchange

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any non-customized merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, so long as you return the item within 30 days of our delivery.  

We’ve designed our return policy so you can shop with complete confidence. Here’s how it works: 

We accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging (unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered, and unembellished), with a few exceptions.


Customized items (for example items with your name, number, or team logo) cannot be returned. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you selected and aren’t fit for any other player.  

For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items.  Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, Team 10 Soccer may not process your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will send the nonreturnable/non-exchangeable products back to you. We’d like to avoid that scenario, so call 407-966-3883 or e-mail us at [email protected] if you have any questions. 

For nonfootwear and customized items, you may use the return shipping method of your choice, at your own expense. We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will e-mail you a return label to be used at no cost to you.

What's the timeline for my refund?

These things do take time, but not too much. It’s 5-10 Business Days, to be exact. That’s all we need to receive your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. We do it as quickly as we can, promise.

Your financial institution should post the refund to your account in accordance with its policies. For most customers, this is normally within 7 business days. Keep in mind some banks take a full billing cycle, and it also depends on when in the month the refund is made. Any questions about that should be directed to them.

After we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a full-price refund (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the original form of payment.
